The parts of a property nobody owns are the parts everyone notices.

A tenant walks through the lobby before they ever reach their office. A buyer drives past the grounds before they see the unit itself. A resident forms an opinion of a building from the stairwell and the car park, long before they reach their own front door. None of that belongs to any single owner — it belongs to whoever is responsible for the property as a whole. And that's usually where things fall apart: a contractor who sounds right at the sales stage, then drifts once the contract is signed, with no one checking whether the standard promised is the standard delivered.

Iris was built around checking, not assuming.
